What happens if the STK Push prompt is not received?

The Confirm Payment interface shown after checkout includes an option to request a new STK Push without restarting the checkout. Payment Logs in your admin show whether the push was sent and whether a callback was received.

Does ImaraPay work with WooCommerce Blocks checkout?

Yes. ImaraPay supports both the classic WooCommerce checkout and the Blocks-based checkout in WooCommerce 8.x and above. The M-Pesa phone number field renders correctly in both. No configuration changes are needed.

Do I need a Safaricom Daraja account to use ImaraPay?

Yes. ImaraPay is a direct Daraja integration. You need a Daraja developer account at developer.safaricom.co.ke and an active M-Pesa Paybill or Till Number. Shine Web can guide you through the setup if needed.

What is the difference between ImaraPay and PesaPal or iPay?

PesaPal and iPay are payment aggregators that charge 2.5 to 3.5% per transaction. ImaraPay is a direct Daraja integration. Customers pay directly into your Paybill or Till Number with no additional percentage charged beyond standard Safaricom rates.

Can I use a Till Number instead of a Paybill?
